Athen Restaurant in Guben

The Metaxa pan for 25 years. Delicious! ?

You could overlook the totally unmotivated employees, but the food was awesome. I have never eaten so bad in a restaurant and will not go there again. In a big city, a shop like this wouldn't even last a week. There is one star for being full. I hope it stays in there

Food doesn't taste good and was too expensive. Toilets hygiene were also poor.

Better not go there, expensive prices and not eat well

Ready sauce on salad, lovelessly arranged bifteki, dry white bread. Was not so great and is better.

Alsoooo. We spontaneously decided to have a birthday dinner at Athens. We had a super nice waitress tonight (12.03.) And were extremely well served. The ambience is super nice and cozy both in the front area and in the rear area. Recommendations for a 5-star rating: The starter salad was very cold and we had to wait a little until we could eat. For the meat, steak knives were more recommendable than bread knives. The ouzo in front of the actual starter gave the necessary hunger. All in all 4 out of 5 stars :)

Great team and great food

Enjoy your meal. Only "Moussaka" and "Galaktoboureko" were missing. Artemis plate great! Mocha awarded! ευχαριστώ!

Food was delicious and good, but unfortunately I have it before, nor after the meal an ouzo.

Food is delicious and was served very quickly.

My recommendation: Gyros pans. For me a completely new experience. And delicious, yummy!

I was tripped to mention, at the obligatory demand, if it tasted that the meat (had pork in the dish) was a bit dry - Response from the waitress: "could have used something else, pig is always dry." and gone was the waitress. Super, right? not there again!

A place worth recommending. You will feel like in a real Greek tavern (restaurant) I live in Greece, so I can easily comment on the flavors and climates of Greece. ATHEN restaurant run by Greek painting (very nice people) offers tasty Greek food, Greek music and good Greek wine :) As a welcome you will get a glass of Greek UZA (anise vodka to wake up your taste buds :) Being in the vicinity of GUBEN or GUBINA you must definitely get there :) and as soon as you are there, greet the owners :)

Very tasty food.

I have been staying here for over 20 years. I've always had good experiences. Food is great. Price performance is right. In my view, Andre Korn's recession consists of unfair allegations. I have never seen raw meat here. The staff has been in Germany for decades and therefore the language. At celebrations (birthday) everyone always has a friendly word about up to a surprise. My favorite restaurant in Guben.
